From time to time the tubes that connect our Facebook machines get clogged up with spam and junk. Unfortunately, this can lead to your emails not going where they are supposed to.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure you are connected! Restart your devices and confirm that your internet works here. Check our Status Page to see if we are experiencing any problems.
- Check and see if any anti-virus software is running that may interfere with messages.
- Is your username and password correct?
